I refer to the various works commissioned by me regarding the construction of a concrete block and rendered boundary wall, laying an new patio, construction of a rough stone wall and construction of steps to a lower area as part of landscaping works at my house.

My wife and l are very pleased with the final results and the manner in which the construction was carried out. It was undertaken in a timely manner to a professional level with appropriate project coordination and control of the various trades employed. We were particularly glad to see the site being left clean and tidy at the end of each day. 

I will have no hesitation in recommending you and your company for domestic building projects.

We got Dave & the All Trades team in to do our kitchen extension having put it off for years as I don't like all the mess & noise that comes with construction!

All trades was one of the numerous quotes that we got based on local recommendations. We chose Dave mostly on the basis of these recommendations and the fact he was likeable and listened earnestly to what we had to say.

The job took 12 weeks or so, and in that time I always felt that the team were on my side. I’ve endured numerous build projects before, and the All Trades team were the nicest, most sincere bunch of Tradesmen I’ve dealt with.

They were tidy, polite and conscientious. They kept you up to speed with goings on, and limited noise and disruption for my neighbours and myself to only that which was necessary. 

From ground prep to block work, plumbing and electrics to plaster, the boys were a pleasure to have around. The noise and mess I'd feared were always minimal, and the finished job hoped for and more.

I would definitely have All Trades back.

Can I say how pleased we've been with the work you've carried out at our property over the last 7 months. Having building alterations is never an easy experience, particularly given that we've had two separate extensions built more or less at the same time. But Anne and I feel that the manner in which you and your team have handled everything has helped the process run as smoothly as it could be.

And in terms of the quality of the work? Well to our untrained eyes, there is nowhere where we feel that corners have been cut, or that we're anything but satisfied with the outcome. And the advice that you’ve given us as the work has progressed has been very helpful and again given us reassurance that you've wanted to ensure a high-quality job that we would end up being satisfied with.

With reference to the painting, repair to major cracks, and re- render of hollow sections to the above Church, we would like to place on record that we are very pleased with the finished result. The painters and tradesmen were very easy to work with and the area was left clean with no paint splashes on the ground.
